The Reindeer Litter

Poppy tried to pull off a fantastical litter by delivering TEN puppies via csection. However, that is simply too many for a Dachshund to carry, so a few of the puppies did not even make it to term. 7 were born alive, but 1 passed shortly after delivery. Our 6 survivors have been doing well these last few weeks. Even the two itty bittys that started out under 4 ounces at birth. These guys were born just before Christmas so I’m going with a Reindeer theme.
