1: The health gaurantee covers life threatening genetic defects

2: Adult dogs take ALOT of time and patience to adjust to their new home & routine. They may expereince fear and anxiety. This can only subside with time and reaasurance. It is NOT an overnight process. It may take weeks to months to get them feeling like themselves, building trust with the strangers that adopted them, and to learn their new routine.

3: Spay/Neuter is required within four months of the date of adoption. Proof of procedure must be provided to the breeder.

4: Return to the breeder is required if you are unable to keep the Retiree for the duration of it's life.

5: Adoption fees are non-refundable
