1: The size of puppies at adulthood can't be guaranteed, only estimated based on mom/dad's weights.

2: Birth announcements are released when pups are 3-10 days old, reservations are accepted in order of reply to the announcement.

3: Reservation fee is $400 and may be paid online. Reservation fees are expected promptly upon claiming your puppy.

4: Pick up windows of 3-4 days are assigned for each litter at birth and will be provided to you prior to reservation so you can plan well ahead.

5: Pick ups are in Belmont Michigan. Shipping is not an option.

6: We do not allow visitors prior to vaccinations.

7: Balances are due in CASH in person on pick up day. As a fraud prevention policy, cash is the only option.

1: No AKC paperwork will be provided for Pet Only puppies

2: All payments are non refundable

3: The health gaurantee covers life threatening genetic defects

4: Puppies take time to adjust to their new home & routine. Mild distress, mostly at night, is very typical but should not last long.

5: Spay/Neuter is required for Pet puppies by the age of 9 months. Proof of procedure must be provided to the breeder.

6: Return to the breeder is required if you are unable to keep your puppy for the duration of it's life.

7: Breeder reserves the right to terminate the adoption, with a FULL refund of your reservation fee, if something makes me feel the placement is no longer suitable. ( I have only had to do that one time in 20yrs)

Almost all of Lovebug Doxie puppies are placed as PET ONLY on a spay/neuter contract. Full AKC rights may be available to well known breeders on a case by case basis. Which type of puppy are you seeking? *
