The Chocolate Factory Tour Litter

Last week both Marigold and Maude delivered. Unfortunately Marigold was pregnant with just one pup and that often spells trouble. Sometime labor doesn’t get properly triggered by a singleton. She went in for a csection and while they saved her puppy, Marigold sadly crashed and could not be revived. The next morning Maude delivered her 1st litter naturally and was perfectly happy to take on sweet Marigold’s orphan boy.

Sometimes breeding isn’t sunshine, rainbows, and puppies. But I am thankful Maude is here to raise the pups that we do have. She is a great mom!!
