Fall 2020

2020 has been an interesting year to say the least. And this fall has been a very busy one for my family. We started homeschooling my 4 children right around the time that 3 of our mamas were due. I also ended up fostering a litter of 6 sired by my Gizmo. Giving us a grand total of 20 puppies in the house!! I’ve never had so many and I’m unlikely to ever have that many at once again. The stars just aligned that way lol. We also started a kitchen renovation when they were about 6 weeks old. Then my laptop died leaving me scrambling to keep up with weekly photo updates.

It was a wild season, fun but hard work, especially with fosters. We lost one itty bitty runt along the way. But it was, as always, a rewarding experience in the end. I filled 18 homes with 19 puppies, some of which already owned a Lovebug Doxie or two. A job well done I’d say.

I decided to take advantage of the rare occasion and have some professional photos done with such a large group of puppies and my favorite old mama Meg. It’s not often I step out from behind the camera.

There is more in store for 2020. Details coming soon!
